This policy explains what Product Field Guide collects, what may happen after you follow an outside link, and how to make a privacy request.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address, name, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

On-site tools

Interactive worksheets may run entirely in your browser. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, answers typed into those tools are not sent to Product Field Guide or stored on our server.

Analytics and server logs

Hosting providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. If analytics are added, this policy will be updated to identify the service and its purpose.

Affiliate links and outside services

Affiliate networks, software vendors, and merchants may use cookies, referral identifiers, or device information after you follow an outbound link. Their policies govern information collected on their sites. We do not sell personal information.

Email and marketing

We do not add a reader to a marketing list merely because they send a question. If an optional email resource is introduced, the signup form will state what will be sent and how to unsubscribe.

Your choices

You may block cookies in your browser and avoid referral tracking by not using compensated links. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, email hello@productfieldguide.com.

Retention and security

Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations, compliance, or dispute prevention. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
